Cíl
Mým cílem je vyzkoušet prezentovanou metodu v praxi a využít její
výsledky pro účely společností a také k vypracování bakalářské práce na téma "Zhodnocení úrovně služeb poskytovaných
vybranou organizací".
Jsem přesvědčen o tom, že tento výzkum by neměl být jen prostředkem k získání dat pro dokončení práce, ale taktéž k účelu, pro který byl vytvořen, a to k lepšímu pochopení vztahu firmy k zákazníkům a zákazníků k firmě. Poznatky získané výzkumem by měly přispět ke zlepšení úrovně služeb dané společnosti a k nalezení míst, kde tato vylepšení provést.
Tento web by se později měl stát také místem, kde si budou moci jak společnost, tak zákazníci prohlédnout průběh výzkumu a jeho výsledky. Díky možnosti vkládat komentáře se mohou také aktivně zapojit s vlastními připomínkami a nápady.
Projekt tohoto webu se také jako součást mé bakalářské práce, zúčastnil soutěže "Cena Františka Egermayera" v kategorii "Bakalářské a absolventské práce", kterou pořádá Česká společnost pro jakost (ČSJ). Z výsledku cituji: "Práce byla hodnocena velmi pozitivně, avšak nezvítězila. Hodnotící komise složená zejména ze členů Odborné skupiny ČSJ pedagogů, doporučila, aby autor publikoval své poznatky v časopise Perspektivy jakosti."
