Mým cílem je vyzkoušet prezentovanou metodu v praxi a využít její výsledky pro účely společností a také k vypracování bakalářské práce na téma "Zhodnocení úrovně služeb poskytovaných vybranou organizací".

Jsem přesvědčen o tom, že tento výzkum by neměl být jen prostředkem k získání dat pro dokončení práce, ale taktéž k účelu, pro který byl vytvořen, a to k lepšímu pochopení vztahu firmy k zákazníkům a zákazníků k firmě. Poznatky získané výzkumem by měly přispět ke zlepšení úrovně služeb dané společnosti a k nalezení míst, kde tato vylepšení provést.
